Cynthia A. Phoenix, age 46, of South Road, Brooktondale, NY passed away Sunday, May 16, 2010 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York City.
Born April 16, 1964 in Lackawanna, NY she is the daughter of Diane Walker and the late Frank Walker. Cindy had been employed as a commercial credit analyst with the Tompkins Trust Company, leaving her position in December due to her illness. She was a member of the Allen Memorial Baptist Church in Candor and a leader in the AWANA program.
In addition to her husband, Jeffrey C. Phoenix of Brooktondale, her twin sons, Adam and Hunter Phoenix, Cindy is survived by her mother, Diane of Ithaca brother, Douglas (Imnaculada) Walker of Maryland, brother-in-law Scott Phoenix, sister-in-law Jennifer Phoenix, nephews, Donavan and Spencer Phoenix of Hayfield, MN. Father-in-law Harold Phoenix, mother-in-law Mattie Phoenix of Brooktondale and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 22, 2010 at the Allen Memorial Baptist Church in Candor, NY with Rev. Donald Coole officiating.
