Doris Edelman, 102, of Ithaca, passed away Friday, February 26, 2010, at the Oak Hill Manor Nursing Home.
She will always be remembered for her love for her family and many friendships, and her service to the Ithaca Senior Citizens Community.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; and daughter, Nancy. Survivors include granddaughters, Alice and Lorna; and her five great-grandchildren; also her niece, Barbara.
Memorial Information:
At Doris's request, there will be no public service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her memory may be made to either Hospicare or the American Parkinson Association. Bangs Funeral Home will be assisting the family.
