PAUL A. CORNELIUS, age 71, of Salt Road, Groton, NY passed away Monday, Jan. 11, 2010 in North Carolina while visiting friends. Paul was born April 2, 1938 in Groton a son of the late Earl and Dorothea Wright Cornelius. Paul was graduated from Groton High School and was a life Groton area resident. He had been employed by Draper Egg Products until being disabled in an accident in 1972. He enjoyed hunting, traveling and working on his farm.
Survivors include his sister, Janice (Robert) Wheeler of Locke; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Leland Cornelius and a sister, Jo Ann Case.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Monday, Jan. 18 at the Perkins Funeral Home with Rev. Alan Kinney officiating. Burial, delayed until spring, will be in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden. There are no calling hours. www.perkinsfuneralhome.com
